The sequence begins with a user and a bounded problem, then makes the project architecture and learning visible before discussing any future ambition.

Demonstrate the claim you can actually support
A prototype demonstration should state its test environment, operator controls and known limitations. Simulations, bench rigs and concept models are valuable when labelled accurately; none should be presented as field-ready deployment.
