Evidence can take several forms
Useful artefacts include annotated sketches, code history, wiring plans, experiment tables, photographs of intermediate builds, risk notes and a short reflection. Quantity is not a substitute for relevance.
Feedback should lead to a next action
Assessment is most useful when it identifies the next experiment, concept or communication task. Scores, where used, should be tied to visible criteria and never presented as external certification.
