Stage one / project participation

Turn an idea or participation interest into a reviewable project brief.

Use the local builder to define a problem, intended user, current progress, team roles, support needs and safety boundary. Because the official receiving channel is not yet confirmed, the current page creates a draft in your browser and does not transmit or store it.

BIAA / LOCAL BRIEF BUILDER

Structure the project brief before choosing how to submit it.

The receiving address, form backend and child-data workflow are not yet confirmed, so this page does not send or store content. Generate, copy or download a brief locally, then submit it yourself after an official channel is published.

A useful project brief is specific enough to question

A title is not yet a project. The brief should identify an observable problem, the intended user, a bounded test environment, current evidence, what the team can already do and which decision needs support next.

  • 01Start a new project
  • 02Register interest in joining an existing project
  • 03Offer a clearly scoped mentor capability
  • 04Prepare an existing project for an evidence-led pitch

BIAA / PRIVACY

Do not place personal or sensitive records in the draft

Use role descriptions instead of a minor's name. Do not include faces, school records, health information, home addresses, private contact details, login credentials or unpublished intellectual property. A responsible adult should review any future submission involving a minor.

  • 01The draft stays in the current browser session
  • 02Copy or download only to a device you control
  • 03Delete the draft or close the page when finished

What happens after a channel is verified

A future receiving process must state who receives the brief, how long it is kept, who can review it, how consent and deletion work, and what response the sender should expect. Acceptance, mentor matching, awards and project funding are never automatic.

  • 01Scope and safety triage
  • 02Technology-tree and role review
  • 03Feasibility and resource discussion
  • 04A clear accept, revise or decline response
