Five review roles across a project

A learner may need different forms of judgement at different moments. The public framework distinguishes project framing, domain knowledge, engineering integration, responsible practice and communication rather than implying that one person covers every subject.

Future profiles need a source for identity and expertise, a defined role, suitable safeguarding arrangements, declared conflicts and a visible availability status.

01Project learning system

One project. A complete, learnable technology tree.

Start with what the project must do. BIAA then maps the system, prerequisites, team roles, learning modules, hands-on outputs and evidence needed to move from an idea to an integrated prototype.

This page states the safety principles the programme model is built to support; operational policies must be finalised against real venues, staff and local requirements before delivery.

BIAA roadshows are designed as learning reviews, not theatre. A project team explains the problem, system architecture, role ownership, prototype evidence, safety boundary and next test without turning an early concept into a finished-product claim.
