BIAA is open to scoped conversations while avoiding any implication that a partnership exists before responsibilities and permissions are confirmed.

Possible work can include a needs discussion, a defined workshop brief, a club framework or curriculum support. Scope, safeguarding responsibility, equipment and evaluation should be agreed in writing.
Engineers, researchers and makers
A contributor may help review a problem, explain a professional workflow or critique a prototype. Participation must be age-appropriate, supervised and free of promotional claims that learners cannot evaluate.
What a credible partnership page should disclose
When a relationship is formalised, BIAA should state the partner’s role, project period, permission to use names or marks, and the evidence the work is intended to produce. Unconfirmed names should not appear.
