VEX is one of the world's largest robotics competitions. Teams design, build and drive robots for a new game each season.
How the season works
Each year brings a new game with a fresh challenge. Teams compete in qualifiers and tournaments in both driver-controlled and autonomous periods, and are also judged on their engineering process.
How BIAA coaches teams
- Mechanical and drivetrain design.
- Autonomous routines and sensor use.
- Engineering notebooks and judge presentations.

Note: VEX Robotics Competition is run by the REC Foundation; BIAA independently coaches teams.
